On his way home, Frank is trailed by a stray dog. He persuades Betty to allow him to adopt it. Meanwhile, Mr. Harris from the insurance company arrives to evaluate the damage to the Spencers' furniture caused during their move. He proposes a settlement of 40 pounds for all the damaged items.
