S1E2 Superhumans

Zach is on a quest to discover what it means to be Superhuman. He encounters a man who, in a moment of extreme stress, managed to bend a car door frame with his bare hands, and another who is completely insensitive to pain. Additionally, Zach spends time with a Shaolin warrior monk, who reveals some of his training techniques by breaking a wooden staff over his own head. Inspired, Zach learns to tap into his own Superhuman abilities through the monk’s guidance, ultimately mastering the technique of breaking the staff himself.
