Training Nikita, the Amur tiger, for her relocation to Washington, D.C., presents several difficulties. Meanwhile, an endangered Chinese alligator is displaying possible signs of pregnancy. In addition, the team is getting ready to set free some rare New England cottontail rabbits back into their natural habitat.
