As the Founder's Day Celebration approaches, the town faces another blackout, and Doc is at the center of the chaos. In his efforts to resolve the issue, he inadvertently exacerbates the situation, leading to mounting frustration among the townsfolk. Their growing anger drives them to demand that the Brown family be expelled from the community.
