THRUSH operative Barnaby Partridge (Michael Rennie) exploits his island casino to manipulate influential guests into taking their own lives by tapping into their hidden anxieties. U.N.C.L.E. dispatches Taggart Coleman (Charles Drake) to assist Solo and Illya in unraveling this sinister scheme. While on the island, Taggart unexpectedly reunites with a former romantic interest, Monica (Nobu McCarthy). Meanwhile, Partridge captures Illya and begins to brainwash him, aiming to turn him into a lethal weapon against Solo.
