Alex steps in to save Martinis, a struggling salon in Essex facing closure in just six months. She encounters a family feud that complicates matters and seeks guidance from renowned entrepreneur Richard Branson to set things straight. Asti, who has poured her life savings into this dream, runs the salon with her mother and sister Dee Dee, but their ongoing conflicts are detrimental to the business. Upon discovering the salon's disarray, Alex sends in top industry experts undercover, only to find the service is severely lacking. To improve things, she arranges training sessions with leading figures like Daniel Galvin, Vidal Sassoon, and even Richard Branson at Virgin Atlantic. However, Dee Dee's unreliability at a crucial event nearly jeopardizes everything.
