The Stephens embark on a delightful vacation in Italy, staying at a hotel with a stunning view of the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa. However, Esmerelda appears, feeling insecure about her past. She confesses that her engagement to the tower's builder inadvertently caused its famous tilt. Determined to correct her mistake, she attempts to straighten the tower, which sends the town into chaos when it is restored to verticality. Unable to recall the original mishap, Esmerelda journeys back in time and discovers that a mishap involving a tower-shaped sandwich led to the tower’s lean.
