Lucan makes his way back to the familiar countryside of his youth, only to find himself in a precarious situation as the farmers set out to eliminate the wolves he once knew. Meanwhile, a local man, harboring a hidden guilt, begins to harbor ill feelings towards Lucan, complicating matters further.
