The contestants are tasked with recognizing various proteins and pairing them with the appropriate dishes. The team that succeeds will earn a day of fun in the sun at the beach, enjoying the company of water polo stars Genai Kerr, Shea Buckner, and Tumua Anae. Meanwhile, the chefs also prepare for a family dinner service that night.
