Olympic stars Maurice Greene, Natalie Coughlin, and Danell Leyva join Chef Ramsay as he oversees a 3K race, where the red and blue teams must whip up lunch for the participants. However, miscommunication among the teams sparks conflicts during dinner service, complicating their efforts to deliver a successful meal.
