A widowed father of five, David, is forced to downsize to a smaller home in order to afford college tuition. He needs a property that’s roomy enough for his large family and their friends, yet affordable enough to fit their budget and future plans. Jonathan rallies the whole family to help renovate their current house, while Drew presents a clever, low-cost staging strategy. Though David insists he’s ready to move, he finds something wrong with every home he sees. The family bravely embraces a fresh start, but leaving behind the family home and all its memories proves harder than expected.
