The Ropers find themselves facing yet another dull Christmas, prompting the Fourmiles to invite them over for some drinks. During their visit, George takes on Tristram in a game of computer tennis, emerging victorious. However, when George faces off against Jeffrey next, he suffers a staggering defeat, losing sixteen times in a row and racking up a substantial debt in the process!
