Benjo finally uncovers Joselito Fernando's briefcase, packed with evidence that could implicate the Governor in murder. However, just as he makes this discovery, he is apprehended by the Governor’s henchmen. In a violent confrontation, Benjo comes face to face with the Governor, who is ready to end his life. Desperate, Benjo plays his final card, attempting to shift the blame onto Tres, the Governor's youngest lover.
