Exasperated by Wander's persistent antics, Lord Hater assigns Peepers the task of luring Wander onto the ship to imprison him in the ship's cell. However, as Wander begins to enjoy himself immensely, Peepers finds it increasingly challenging to carry out the plan and capture him.
