Artie gets all the pups in the building involved in recycling, but not without causing plenty of trouble for Eliot! Meanwhile, Ace Hart stumbles upon another scheme by Baron Bon Rottweiler, who aims to dominate Dog City by stealing all the trees. "Rosie and Dot" set up camp near the Bugsy Vile crew, while Mad Dog honors Argbor Day with a heartfelt poem. In another segment, Yves and Steven thwart a cat burglar's efforts to snatch their prized possession, with Steven stepping in to save the day.
