Episode Overview

Chris learns that Rosey Evans, the barista she chats with each morning, is actually a runaway living with her former teacher-turned-boyfriend. When authorities apprehend Rosey and reach out to her father, Chris is horrified to find out that Mr. Evans has physically abused his daughter, contributing to her decision to flee. Meanwhile, in a deal to reduce his sentence, a criminal shares vital intel with Cory: a notorious drug lord has contracted a hitman to eliminate Cory's brother, Peter McNamara, as revenge for Peter's past actions as a corrupt cop. Together, Cory and Peter must lure the hitman into the open and confront him without alerting the police.
