Each of them selects a wine to present to Jancis Robinson, which they hope will pair perfectly with the fish course of Stephane Reynaud's impressive six-course feast. Meanwhile, Joe Fattorini explores the former Soviet republic of Georgia to investigate its claim as the birthplace of wine. He later teams up with wine expert Amelia Singer in California, where they learn how a local sheriff is assisting a vineyard owner in securing workers during a significant labor shortage. Back in London, Matthew Rhys visits Berry Brothers & Rudd in St James's, exploring both historic and contemporary wine gadgets.
