Joe All Alone S01E03 - No Way Out

Episode Overview

Joe is struggling to get ready for school, looking worse for wear. With his mum missing for three days, he's out of cash and food. His fear of Dean prevents him from touching the money he found. During break, his bully, Perry Fletcher, tightens the noose by demanding a pound today and two tomorrow. At home, starving and desperate, Joe eats some expired curry left by Dean, leading to a bout of violent sickness that keeps him bedridden for two days. As he hallucinates Dean's presence and the electricity cuts out, Joe wonders if things can get any worse.
