With the NYPD stretched thin and overwhelmed by multiple conventions taking place in Manhattan, the officers are running on empty. When a convention attendee is discovered brutally killed, Lt. Parker reluctantly assigns the weary Sgt. Arcaro to lead the investigation. As the case unfolds, an unexpected individual surfaces as the main suspect.
