Meanwhile, Mike is undergoing a body transformation regimen that mixes potent Russian steroids with kettlebell exercises, but the side effects are affecting both his physique and mood. Additionally, Keith is approached by a modeling agent interested in Emily, leading him and Sandra into the cutthroat world of baby modeling, which proves to be more fierce and competitive than they anticipated.
