David feels a bit irked that the team is handling his redundancy so calmly, yet he stays optimistic about his future, even as he participates in an interview for 'Inside Paper.' Meanwhile, Tim takes extreme measures upon discovering that Dawn has quit to relocate to the USA with Lee. David’s mood plummets when he finds out that his role as a motivational speaker is also being terminated. In a moment of desperation, he pleads with Neil to reverse the decision, but he wonders if it's already too late for that.
