Bilko remains short on cash and is struggling to re-enter the high-stakes poker game. After the three sergeants score another victory against a new recruit, Bilko hatches a plan for revenge. He rents out a vacant store and persuades the sergeants to invest in his new venture, hoping to turn the tables on them.
