Louis is heartbroken when he learns that Matthew Chestnut is leaving the restaurant for a position at Dollywood. In response, he decides to bring on Eddie’s friend Trent, which frustrates his son. Meanwhile, Jessica goes to great lengths to win over Amy Chestnut, hoping to secure her role as PTA president.
