Episode Overview
Owen exposes classified details from Division's black boxes to the press, disclosing the U.S. Government's involvement in an assassination in Chile. In retaliation, Percy sets up a C.I.A. agent named Ryan as the scapegoat for the incident. Nikita and Owen travel to Chile to rescue Ryan from mercenaries, but they find themselves captured. To protect them all, Nikita discloses Division's secrets to Ryan. Meanwhile, back at Division, Alex observes Percy and Birkhoff, uncovering a troubling side of Percy that she had never encountered before.
