As Stu and Drew tidy up Drew's boat, Chuckie and Tommy manage to convince Cynthia to take the helm as captain. Unfortunately, she gets lost in the sewer system, leaving Angelica heartbroken. After an adventurous journey through the murky depths and a dip in toxic waste, they finally rescue her. Meanwhile, after being shooed away by Angelica, Spike hops onto a garbage truck, taking an unexpected ride to the city dump, which he humorously views as a "scenic overlook."
