Carla and Elliot make it their mission to assist Maggie, a patient facing terminal illness, in losing her virginity before her passing. Meanwhile, Danni’s unexpected encounter with her sister and Dr. Cox leads her to decide to stay with J.D. In another part of the hospital, Dr. Cox tries to persuade Turk to perform a kidney transplant for a patient who has been prioritized on the list. However, a lingering personal conflict threatens to influence the outcome of this life-or-death situation.
