Darlene finds herself under the supervision of Harris after her mother takes a job at Price Warehouse to make ends meet. Meanwhile, Jackie contemplates deepening her unconventional relationship with Ron and Janelle into a "thrupple." In an effort to attract advertisers for the magazine, Ben shaves off his beard, only to become the target of teasing from his friends over his new look.
