Romance is blossoming at Drovers Run. When the charming Italian drifter, Alberto, saves Jodi from a charging steer, she finds herself smitten. Initially, Meg isn’t concerned, thinking Alberto will soon move on. However, he quickly proves his heroism again by rescuing Jodi from a snake, which results in him getting bitten. While he heals, a deep connection forms between him and Jodi. Meanwhile, Claire is eagerly wishing for a similar love story to unfold between her mare, Blaze, and Harry's stallion, Wildfire.
