Sipowicz works to extract a confession, taking advantage of a case of mistaken identity. Meanwhile, Lt. Fancy's brother faces wrongful allegations of taking bribes, but Simone steps in to reveal the real story behind the crime. Russell's noticeable hangover nearly leads to trouble during a sweep. Later on, the precinct hosts a bachelor party for Sipowicz, who is visibly struggling with anxiety about his upcoming marriage.
