On the day of the Fat Controller's birthday, Thomas is tasked with picking him and Lady Hatt from Maithwaite to bring them to the celebration. Upon reaching the destination, Thomas is taken aback to find the Fat Controller already present, sporting a moustache and exhibiting a peculiar shift in behavior.
