Mr. Percival, the Narrow Gauge Controller, has recently acquired a new bicycle, but it lacks a bell. Eager to help, Freddie sets out on a mission to locate one. He experiments with a cowbell and a selection of clown bells, but none seem quite right. After a series of trials, Freddie finally discovers the ideal bell that perfectly complements Mr. Percival's bicycle, ensuring it rings out beautifully as he rides.
