B.J.'s support for the Democratic Party earns the Sugarbaker team an invitation to the Inaugural Ball, but the event turns into a disappointment for everyone involved. Julia finds it particularly challenging to keep her spirits up as a series of unfortunate events, including terrible weather, derail their plans and lead to chaos instead of celebration.
