During an alumni gathering for night school, Joe is approached by members of the Fielder Militia, a right-wing organization, who ask for his assistance in obtaining a Federal firearms license for one of their own. To uncover the Militia's hidden stash of illegal automatic weapons, Joe collaborates with the ATF, going undercover to infiltrate the group.
