Dr. Victor Frankenstein IV arrives in Mockingbird Heights, accompanied by Johann, a primitive cousin who resembles Herman. Johann exhibits wild behavior reminiscent of the classic Frankenstein monster, prompting Herman to take on the challenge of teaching him manners and English.
