Kath's preparations for her wedding take an unexpected turn when she realizes that Kim has gained significant weight and can no longer fit into her bridesmaid dress. Meanwhile, Sharon delves into self-help and motivational literature, contemplating a future in marriage counseling. However, her newfound knowledge is quickly challenged when a major fallout among friends occurs. During a group therapy session, shocking truths come to light, but it’s clear that while words are spoken, they’re not being truly heard!
