Episode Overview
Brennan and Booth are summoned to look into what seems to be burnt human remains discovered on an electric fence. It turns out the remains belong to a mummified Egyptian royal, which was on loan to the Jeffersonian. Brennan becomes engrossed in the anthropological puzzle, and when the curator responsible for preparing the mummy for display is found murdered, the team suspects there’s more to the story. As Brennan digs into the curator’s background, she uncovers intriguing details about the royal’s life, elevating the case to a historical level. Meanwhile, Brennan goes out with Booth’s boss and former intern, and Sweets’ girlfriend, Daisy Wick, makes a surprise return to the Jeffersonian.
