Episode Overview
Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins present the remaining bakers with three pastry challenges. They kick things off by asking the contestants to create their own signature savoury parcels. Next, for the technical challenge, the bakers must tackle the kouign amann, a cake from Brittany that none of them are familiar with. Finally, in the showstopper round, they are tasked with making two distinct types of éclairs. Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood evaluate their creations to determine who will be named star baker and who will be sent home.
