The Partridge Family S01E01 - What? and Get Out of Show Business?

Episode Overview

Shirley Partridge, a recently widowed mother, faces the challenge of raising her five children while managing her job as a bank teller. Her older kids, Keith (vocals and guitar) and Laurie (keyboards), along with their younger siblings Danny (bass guitar), Chris (drums), and Tracy (tambourine and percussion) make up the band "The Partridge Family." They have a rather reluctant manager in Ruben Kincaid, who isn't fond of kids. Eventually, the children convince Shirley to join their musical venture, but she sets one condition: if she were to faint during performances, they must help her.
