Quick Draw McGraw tries to thwart the Dalton Gang with his beloved guitar, only to find himself imprisoned. Desperate for help, he enlists the expertise of Harvey Birdman, a well-known constitutional law specialist, to argue for his right to own guitars. Meanwhile, Harvey's boss, Phil Ken Sebben, accepts a staggering $12 billion from the influential guitar lobby to support his presidential run, claiming it won’t compromise his integrity. Meanwhile, Peanut and Baba Looey stumble into trouble after discovering Quick Draw's secret stash of guitars.
