A 119-year-old man, appearing to be in excellent health, arrives at the hospital with the intention of dying. However, after gaining some media attention that reignites his sense of significance, he reconsiders his decision. Meanwhile, Trapper uncovers an aortic aneurysm that poses a serious threat to his life, potentially leading to the very outcome the man initially sought to avoid.
