A Senator with presidential ambitions finds himself smitten with a businesswoman planning to launch a massive casino in Hong Kong. Meanwhile, his aide is determined to sabotage their romance for public relations reasons. On a cruise, a compulsive shopper wagers her husband $25,000 that she can resist buying anything for the entire trip. Julie and Vicki enjoy a double date, but Vicki secretly develops feelings for Julie's date. Additionally, a retired spy discovers love with a woman who has been secretly tasked with protecting him from vengeful enemies. Gopher and Isaac, clad in trenchcoats, follow the former spy around Hong Kong, encountering various suspicious figures.
