October Road

S01E01 Pilot

After a decade away, Nick Garrett returns to Knights Ridge to teach a one-day course at Dufresne College, hoping to see how much his hometown has changed. Years ago, his bestselling novel hurt those he cared about by revealing their secrets, and now he must face his past and seek closure. Upon learning that his former girlfriend, Hannah Daniels, has a ten-year-old son named Sam with a peanut allergy—just like the men in the Garrett family—Nick decides to stay longer, drawn by the connection to his past.
