The Osage Council has declared Two Bears guilty of taking a life. Desperate, his daughter travels to Dodge to seek assistance from Matt. However, Matt is away pursuing a gang of horse thieves, prompting Thad to step in. As he investigates, Thad discovers that he and Matt are actually following the same path in their separate quests.
