Miley decides to give her relationship with Jake another chance, but she’s anxious that her past grievances about him might have influenced Robby’s opinion. When she discovers that Robby has a strong dislike for Jesse, a rebellious guitarist in Hannah's band, she comes up with a scheme to showcase Jake in a positive light.
