Ben is burdened with a painful secret that could tear his family apart, while Dave's freelance aspirations continue to stagnate. In the midst of this turmoil, Julie is faced with a difficult choice that challenges their marriage. As financial pressures mount in their new living situation, Julie grows increasingly anxious about their finances, especially when Dave makes an impulsive decision to purchase an unaffordable van without consulting her.
