Episode Overview

Bill persuades the family of a kidnapped child to hand over the ransom, confident that Ralph will be able to rescue their daughter. However, Ralph soon faces scrutiny from an overly aggressive IRS agent who believes he pocketed the ransom money. As if that weren't enough, both Ralph and Bill find themselves in danger, dodging bullets from mysterious drive-by shooters. But who could be targeting them?
