On his inaugural day as a police cadet, Kelso enjoys the thrill of patrolling in a police cruiser alongside an officer. His first call takes him to the Forman residence, where he intervenes in a heated argument between Fez and Laurie about her romantic escapades. Fez, infuriated by the incident, seizes an opportunity for payback when Kelso leaves the cruiser unattended.
