Beetlejuice boasts that he deserves a 'pat on the back,' and to his surprise, a quirky little fellow with an Irish-sounding accent literally emerges from his back. This new companion, Pat, soon leads Beetlejuice into serious trouble with the Mayor. Fortunately, Lydia is the only one who sees through the chaos and steps in to assist Beetlejuice in resolving the mess.
