In the high-stakes world of Iron Chef, adaptability is key, and the Chairman's Challenge presents a tricky mix of ingredients that will leave one chef feeling bittersweet. With ingredients available on a first-come, first-served basis and no sharing allowed, the chefs scramble to the altar to snag their top picks. Alton Brown then assigns the lowest-performing chef to a Secret Ingredient Challenge themed around sea creatures, alongside the choice of the leading competitor.
