On September 11, 1991, Continental Express Flight 2574 is approaching its destination in Houston after departing from Laredo, Texas. As the flight crew readies for landing, the plane suddenly plunges into a nosedive, losing control as the left wing disintegrates mid-air. Tragically, all 14 individuals aboard perish in the incident.
